Traditional Health

CD Bethesda YAKKUM always includes traditional medicine, including herbal medicine, in its training for cadres and the general public, supporting community health based on natural resources.

Our efforts to develop traditional medicine in general have the following objectives:

To increase the number of traditional healers, including traditional herbal medicine/traditional medicine practitioners who have been tested.

To increase the number of standardised traditional health service facilities.

To develop locations for the cultivation of medicinal plants.

The activities we undertake in traditional healthcare include:

Production

Producing traditional medicines, including instant beverages, fresh beverages, traditional herbal tea, massage oils, ointments, herbal soaps, etc.

Education

 Courses or training in traditional medicine/herbal remedies.

Development

Developing medicinal plant gardens/herbal gardens.

Services

Providing traditional healthcare services to the community (combining herbal remedies and massage therapy).

Research

Conducting research in collaboration with universities or academics.
