Reproductive Health Warriors' Real Action to Protect the Youth

Students are agents of change. The younger generation can be the driving force behind social change in society, including in addressing issues of reproductive health, HIV and AIDS. The role of students is considered significant, particularly in reproductive health education, HIV prevention and reducing stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV. This is the role undertaken by the Student Information and Counseling Center of Impact Dewantara, one of the organisations established at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, which focuses on providing information and counselling to students. What motivated the establishment of the Student Information and Counseling Center of Impact Dewantara? What is the current state of students’ knowledge and behaviour regarding HIV prevention? And what challenges are faced in educating students about reproductive health, HIV, and AIDS?
